I installed A version of the shop(Version 0.3) this week .
It does work just fine but for some reason everyone is limited to just 10 gifts in thier mini profile (or regular profile too 10 on that page too even if they have more then 10 items).
I found in the settings that you could set the number up to the maximum number of gifts you have and I did that and saved it and it says 63 so I thought that meant we should be able to have up to that number in mini profile gifts but no one is allowed to go over 10 despite the number on the setting showing 63 and the number in the code also shows 63?
Is there a way to get around the 10 items in the mini profile/profile area?
Thanks in advance for any help or ideas to try!
Today i go to look after posting this just to verify it's still set on 63 and it's not it keeps going back to no maximum which should let us have more than 10 too but it doesn't we are still only able to have 10 items?
I did change it back to 63, and save it and now they show up as 63 but i suspect if i logged out and came back they'd be reset back to no maximum again cause it has done that like 3 times now.
In case I was rambling there , I just want to know how to adjust the number of gifts that show up in the mini profile area so it can be more then 10 items.

Well the max items is how many items you can own, not how many items show up in the profile. As far as I know, the 10 items is impossible to change because the code is remotely hosted.

Aaahh so it's the mini profile add on that goes with the store that limits it then? I kinda wondered if that wasn't at play in there somewhere.

Actually it's not an intentional limit imposed by the code. The problem is on Proboards end since it will insert spaces in the custom title text to avoid long texts stretching the mini-profile. If a line of text goes on for more than 23 characters (from my observations but may differ on different resolutions), Proboards will force a space in there after the 23rd character so the line wraps. No Proboards anti-stretch
Proboards anti-stretch
What this means is if you have a good number of items it will be chopped off by that space since the Yourshop code will see that as the end of the list. From my experiments, I've come up with the following patch code that removes the Proboards inserted spaces which allowed the shop to get the full list of items Before patch
After patch
<script type="text/javascript"> /* Patch YourShop Item Display Limit (GLOBAL FOOTER above shop code)- Eton */ var hasShopData=document.body.innerText||document.body.textContent; var shopSig= /\u00f3\u00e8\u00f0\u00a8((.+?))\u0020\u00a9/gi,a,b,c,d hasShopData= shopSig.test(hasShopData); if(hasShopData && !document.modifyForm){ for(a=document.getElementsByTagName('td'),b=0;(c=a[b++]);){ if(c.width=="20%" && c.innerHTML.match(/Posts: \d/) && c.innerHTML.match(shopSig)){ d=RegExp.$1 if(d.match(/([^\s]{23})\s/)) c.innerHTML=c.innerHTML.replace(d,function(m){return d.replace(/([^\s]{23})\s/g,'$1')}) } } } </script> Note: I haven't checked if Proboards dynamically generates that number (23) based on resolution so the patch might not work if in a different resolution (let me know).
