The death of a Minister for Magic has never been taken so hard, but the death of Kingsley Shacklebolt was rough on perhaps the whole magical community. It was unexpected, cruel, and unjust. When Head Auror, Harry Potter, arrived on the scene, he was almost sick to his stomach upon the sight he found. The Minister's office was a complete mess. Blood was everywhere, even in places that seemed to be blocked by other things. But there lay Shacklebolt, in a pool of his own blood, but yet his eyes were closed and although scratched severely with deep wounds, he still managed to look peaceful... even in death.

The death of the Minister seemed unexpected. It had been years before something truly horrible and grotesque had happened within the wizarding community. But the perpetrators were even more unexpected.

Werewolves.

They had begun to rebel. Rebel against the whole wizarding community. More werewolf-related deaths were recorded in a three month period than was recorded ever. Many werewolves had been dubbed with the term 'Greyback Syndrome,' which pretty much meant they were even attacking when it wasn't the full moon. Obviously, the term was named after the now-dead famous werewolf, Fenrir Greyback.

Many were scared to leave their homes. The Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts had never been more Forbidden. No one knew quite what to do. And then it got worse.

A mysterious new Minister came into office. There was no election. Nothing. He was hardly seen out of his office, and rumours began to fly. Rumours that the new Minister was, himself, a werewolf. Rumours that he was more of a spokesperson than a Minister, and that the Werewolf Rebellion Group were actually the ones running the entire Ministry, and that they were purposefully trying to make the Ministry fall. Strange curfews were put into affect, and new laws were put up...

...But as the Ministry begins to fall, people within it are trying to save it. More werewolf attacks are happening, and more deaths, while the students at Hogwarts are just trying to get through their schooling. How is the wizarding community supposed to get by when their enemies are the ones controlling their government?
