Hidden in the United States is a town with an unholy secret.

Caedes is a small city, seemingly normal . . . aside from the various creature who reside there. With a beach, parks and plenty of clubs it's practically a paradise on earth for parents and children . . . or is it?

Within the clubs deals are conducted. Not drug deals, but lives. For years the town has been the home of an underground slavery ring. Human, anthros and other creatures are bought from far away and sold to the "upper class." The civilians live their lives; unaware of the dark atrocities that happen in their town or simply uncaring.
