Members getting logged out

Hi,

Have her restart her computer, and the next time she attempts to login have her check the box for "Keep me logged in" to see if that helps

If she's already tried that, then the issue would stem within the cookies of her web browser that will need to be cleared. In her web browser, have her click "Tools" and then click "Internet Options". In the general tab of the window that comes up, click "Delete" under the "Browsing History" area. In the window that comes up after that, have her do the following:

Make sure the box is not checked for "Preserve Favorites website data"
Make sure the boxes are checked for "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies"
The other boxes are optional if she wants to clear those.

With the above set, click the "Delete" button. Once the process is done, restart the browser and try logging in again
