I consistently have "one" over Bookmarks here, even after checking the replies in mine.

I consistently have "one" over Bookmarks here, even after checking the replies in mine. See if it works for you now. If not, if you click on the notification bubble directly, does it clear for you then?

Whenever I bookmark another or re-mark those pages, it doesn't go away, even after I view that page again after clicking the bubble. By the way, I'm using IE7.

The issue we have, as I understand, is always having 1 new PM. The member isn't sure why. I'm on the mobile version mostly, as I don't have home internet, so I've definitely not experienced this issue.

Has the member tried using the Mark as Read button on their inbox page?

I usually refer to the new "Participated" updates than Bookmarks anyway. I guess I just won't bookmark anymore here. I'll let ya know if it occurs offsite.
