Colors/Graphics I love all your graphics. I love your choice of colors yet using size 1 makes the combination hard to read.
Layout / Content I also love how you use graphics in the board descrips I love your layout. Works well Try to fill in those Zeros if you can.
Coding Very minimal coding , very well used. Some tips though resize the banner to match the boards atleast. The affilates table needs resizing so it matches the boards as well.

In my opinion having the text be black then having the highlight color also be black when you move your mouse over on one of the boards is a bit of a turn off as you can't read the text anymore. Also when you click on a thread you can't see the wording at the top anymore to get back because the backround is also black.
If you want to keep the backround black perhaps you could find one with a bit of a pattern in/on it? Might make things a tad easier.
I'd also resize the affilates table, and change the font from 1 to 2 to make it easier to read.
Also, get a nice background - nothing fancy, but something with a pattern or textured - to give the board more life and depth. Take a look at this site - they have lots of backgrounds to choose from:
And if you haven’t done it yet, go to the section where you change the colours, and click 'yes' where it says: Background Image Fixed. That way the page will move over the background when you scroll up and down. This effect will make the board look more alive.
You might also want to get a different set of old/new icons - those on the left-hand side that tell you when there is a new message. This site has lots of icons - just click on any of the categories at the left:
