The earth crumbles beneath my feet,
And there isn't a bite to eat.

Winter has come and passed, leaving the already scarred lands disabled. Hoofed mammals haven't returned from their migrations southward and the few wolves that inhabit the area are forced to continue stalking small game as a last resort. These too are beginning to disperse, however.

Will today be the day I die?
Or will I miraculously survive?

Tensions are running high. There are only two options left for the wolves: pursue the lengthy search for prosperous lands, or undergo the commands of an incompetent alpha.

I'm getting tired of wondering...

The competition for those basic needs is becoming increasingly violent. Very few are willing to risk the possibility of new lands when there's an adequate pack near. Then again, the alpha is becoming increasingly hostile...

Is this where I'm meant to be?
