It's good stuff. I've seen them live once so far (supporting the Arctic Monkeys. Yeah, i know

) and seeing them twice more before christmas.

Think classic QOTSA, with that slight blues-y swagger of the Zep and you'd be close.

I'm really getting into them now!
I see the value of going early to gigs and seeing the support bands. If I hadn't gone early to Lostprophets the other week I'd never have heard this band

let's seeee

the reason i've been abstaining from posting in this new thread is because since it was started i've been listening almost exclusively to mixtapes, playlists and compilations of artists i've never heard before so i can't really comment in detail on the song or my love for the artist.

right now i'm listening a playlist a guy made at another forum i'm on. it's mainly obscure/indie/underground/shoegaze/dreampop stuff coming out of this forum but this mixtape is full of more well known indie

right now im listening to Rain On by Woods. the song is alright but i'm not convinced to get their album based on this song.

Adventure.exe by Final Fantasy

This is kinda folky violin-ey stuff that's relatively pleasant

Makes for good relaxing background music.

Eminem - 8 Mile

Because I've had a certain line on my head all day. It's not exactly PG-13, but something about stuffing this rubbish, I'm going home. This song and Rabbit Run on the same album (8 Mile soundtrack) are too songs I listen to a lot when I'm generally angry at life

Fleetwood Mac - The World Keep On Turning

Early Fleetwood Mac, good bluesy music, with Peter Green before they got a bit rubbish.

Absolutely brilliant blues song.

YEAH THAT'S RIGHT! 80's song/band, and not the remake(s?)!.... Pete Burns is super scary now though. :[ I dunno why I like it. The accents these guys have are hilarious. o__O
