Unable to create member groups

Problem:

Hello.

I would like to create a new member group but cannot find the option/ tool to do so.

I have read the FAQ and tried to access this feature from the admin panel, but I cannot see the text to which the FAQ refers.

What is displayed in our admin panel under Member Groups is:

"* Member Groups

-No Options Available-"

Do I have an option turned off? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Those options are available to the main admin of the forum only.
