What does OwO stand for?

While talking to another member here, she mentions OwO as shown here:

I will only join if you allow anime pictures, most my characters I draw are in anime cartoonish style, I perfer to use my own drawn characters, they came from my head ^^ I wanna use them XD and the site must allow custom characters OwO no cannon only sites. Also, if theirs evil cahracters on the site ^W^ its always a plus, Evil is fun XD

Now I know many abbreviations, but that's new to me.

Lol, I looked it up on Urbandictionary, it only had 3 entries, 2 were nothing to do with it so the 3rd one is "only winged ones" - I have no idea if that means anything though lol. Why not ask the person you were talking to?

I say it's a smiley, especially since he/she likes using them so frequently and since the next one also has a "w" in the middle: ^W^

Other than that, it's the sound link makes in Zelda: OOC when he's about to fall off a cliff (and he catches the edge).
