This is a follow up of this thread found support.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=support&action=display&thread=299788Mr Craig Suffolk said to put in <style type="text/css"> <!-- table {border: 0px;} --> </style> into the global header to make all tables have a zero border. Now my question is, can this be tweaked, to where a user can have an option of what size a border may be. You know something like

That CSS Craig gave you would apply to every table not having a higher CSS specificity and is not individually changeable per user. If you want user choice then use the code Frufru suggested in the thread.

Hmmm question then, using the other code, the one that frufru suggested, which was written by you, how can you change the border?

When you select the "any attribute" option from the dropdown the code adds to the posting area the default action is to set the border to 0. [atrb=border,0,true]All the user needs to do is change that red number to whatever they want. By the way that [atrb] tag is more powerful than most people who use the code realize since it can be used to set any valid attribute that can be set on a table in normal HTML. For example - [atrb=style,border-style: outset, true]
would put an outset on your posted table.
- [atrb=style,float:left,true]
would make your posted table float left so words would wrap around it
- etc.

Ah, there we go. Thank you very much. I need to get to know this style here so I can share it with the rest of the site. Thank you very much.
