A:M/C - Ad Free/Attachment Payment Problems

Hi-

I am unable to purchase additional credits. No matter what link I click on to do so, I get sent to a proboards page that says I (paraphrased) "reached the page in error... go back and click on the Ad Free link at the bottom of the page if you want to purchase credits."

Please advise.

have you tried clearing the cache by going to

tools > internet options > general > delete cookies then delete files (then with the box checked) then click ok refresh your page then click the link again.

if this doesnt work you will have to wait for a staff member

what url are you using when that happens

if your address is prefixed with www. for example it wont work

Thanks, that definitely worked. However, I want to purchase $9 (9 credits) to make the board ad-free, and to have 20 MB of storage space. I only see ad-free options in the amounts of $7, $14, and so on. How do I specify a different amount to purchase? I should be able to apply the credits however I wish, right?

Also, if I don't apply all the credits that I bought in a given months, will I have the opportunity to apply them the next month, or will I have to purchase them all over again?

You can only buy them in bulks of 7, but can use them as you wish, so buying 14 doesnt mean you have to use them

Unused credits themselves will roll over each month, just the services activated with them wont
