Forum URL: dinoson.proboards21.comMy eyesight is a bit dull when it comes to certain colors. What's a good Hex code number for a silver/bright grey color so I can change my mod's color from red? Thanks in advance! ^_^

And if you want to mess around with it a bit yourself, here's how to understand those numbers:
First off, it runs on a hexadecimal scale, meaning instead of 1-10, it is 1-F. There are sixteen possible values. Now here's the next bit:
Browsers read the colors in Red, Green and Blue. So how do we get Red Green and Blue from C0C0C0?
The first two numbers are red, the next two are blue, and the next two are green. The higher you make the numbers, the more of that color are present.
Now, let's make some grey. Basically, all we have to do is lower everything right? I mean, grey is white and black mixed together. To get bright, we go high, to get dark we go low. As you can see in Rolex's post, the values are all equal.
C0C0C0
If we want a little brighter grey, we just turn it up a bit
C2C2C2
Or if we really want to make it brighter, start with the first number to jump it up 16 spaces
B0B0B0
And vice versa to turn it down.
