Forum URL: johnnysangels.proboards23.comWell, I thought this was just my computer, but I've had other members of my board with the same problem. Any time I try to reply to a PM that was sent to me by clicking the Reply button, my browser crashes. Another member is having the same problem... and another member is getting it when trying to reply to posts on the board. What on earth could be causing that?

Eh, the last code I messed with was my smiley code. My old smiley code wasn't working right since the upgrade (couldn't click on the smileys on the reply page) and I replaced it with one I found here. That was pretty recently.

Hmm, is the smiley code working properly and is it in Recommended Area by the coder of it?

Yes, the smiley code is working fine... and it's in the global footer, which is where it's supposed to be.

Didn't help. I've logged out, logged in... I've restarted the comp... I left it off all night, but the prob is still here... but now that I've heard other members are having trouble, I don't think it's my comp.

Sorry... that just doesn't sounds very helpful. you said one other member was having this issue, how do you know they don't need to clean out their temp files etc? ETA:..I am only try to Help based on Logical causes starting with the basics. add A:M/C to your starter post if that does not work.

No, it is more than one other member. I have gotten more emails about this. And it is not occuring for any of us anywhere else but on this forum. And my apologies Pixie, I didn't mean to be rude. Thanks for the help.
EDIT: But no, that did not fix it.

Any error messages you see when ya do the PM thing? If your members are having login problems they need to delete there temp files and cookies then reboot and login using "forever" option in the login box.
