You'd think if they went through all the trouble of making different covers for different countries, the foreign ones would have titles in foreign languages.
I could be wrong, though. I'm no expert on this stuff.

Also note the crookedness and off-center of the label and logos and the cuts made to it. Also note the codes on the bottom-right corner. The bootlegs have AREP and ADAP and the authentic games have ASME and AMCE respectively. The "Official Nintendo Seal" is revised for the authentic and the bootlegs are using the old "Official Nintendo Seal of Quality" (example in the following video starting at 2:14):
