Download - Version 2.0.6Now with support for individual settings across all themes! The two primary functions of this plugin are: 1) Replace any of your menu items with images. 2) Change the size and spacing of your menu items, whether or not the welcome message and notifications show, and the alignment of your menu buttons. Important Note: This plugin assumes your menu bar is working off of the default layout, so if you make any drastic changes to the HTML of the menu in the Layout Templates area (Forum Wrapper) it might not work. Current Options:- Replace menu items with images (including custom menu items!) - Replace welcome message with classic login buttons - Align menu to the left, center, or right - Space menu buttons apart with padding - Customize menu height - All of the above can be set universally for all themes! (or just individual themes) Buttons (please rehost these on your own host)Previews

Nice I like Do you think maybe in the future it could include the option of assigning to specific themes and not all themes?

That's a built in function to V5. Just go to manage, find the plugin and on the right click the edit button and then select which themes you want it to apply to.

I never once clicked that button. Thanks for the tip! ;D Thanks again for the great plug in my old members will love it. I'm glad you like it. This plugin started as a test after I noticed there was no built-in option specifically made to have images as menu buttons but I got it working to the point where I might as well have people test it and see what they think about it. I think later today I'm going to attach an updated version. I managed to get the active hover sort of working. Just need to see if anything needs to be cleaned up.

I personally set it up to use it without adding in the images, myself. So text navigation menus but I wanted the whole bar the way I had it set up on my regular board and this does the job wonderfully.

Do you think you could add in a rollover img function?

Oh, I guess it does look pretty nice even without any images when you use the spacing. Cool. Do you think you could add in a rollover img function? I was actually considering a rollover background image, which would probably work off of the same lines of code if it were implemented. If I get around to working on that I'll see if I can work in a rollover image for the actual button. Thanks for the suggestion!

I only wish I could use spacing above and below to give the bar a bit more height as it looks a bit smushed right now. Would that be a possibility at all?

I was having some weird issues with the height CSS, but I think I can manage that either by padding the buttons or by bringing back the line height style I omitted. I'll give that a shot.

Update! Added vertical padding by request of Joachim and menu alignment based on an unrelated question by bluebayou in another thread regarding centering the default menu.

Oh wow... now that's perfect, thank you so much! Glad you're happy with that. I, uh... actually kind of broke backgrounds in IE in 0.6.0. The thing that gets your current background is different between IE and Firefox/Chrome, and I forgot to do the one for IE. I updated it to 0.6.1 with a fix for that.
