Mostly directed to PB staff.
Am I allowed to create a plugin that modifies the PBN bar (in the lower right) to ADD a new image-link? Again, I would not remove or change anything else present. I want to add something that is present on every page AND always on screen, so logically it makes the most sense to put it there.
Should that not be allowed, can I create a similar bar on the lower-left of the screen to hold my image-link and possibly others from other plugins? (I would expand this to be a feature of Yootil for consistency and control purposes.) If the lower-left bar is allowed (plugin bar?), can I also use your close/open icons (but reversed) for that new bar?
