Need NEW Admin "Members" Tool

I'm recently in use of a v5 Beta Forum. We need a new Tool in the "Admin Home - Members" area.

In this area is "Email Members" and several options are enabled.

For those forums who prefer to protect the emails of members, please create a "PM Members" with the same tool options.

Go to send a PM regularly. Click the gearbox at the top right. You have three options:

1) Send to individuals (regular mode)
2) Send to groups (you can pick member groups to send to)
3) Send to all.

I clicked "Create Message". I see no "groups/members/all" options" when I do.

If you are not the main 'admin' account, make sure the admin has given you power to Mass PM. Here's what it looks like when I go to create a PM (notice the dropdown at the right side):

I'm the Main Admin of my board and I can't see the "Send to All" option in the gear box. I see "Send to Individuals" and "Send to Groups" but not "Send to All". What am I missing? I checked the all the Admins have Mass PM permission, shouldn't the main Admin have it as well?

I don't have a "sent to all" option either, I too am logged in as my main (admin) account.

I'm just gunna bump this because I just converted my forum, and I don't see this option.

Same here. I have the main admin account and I can't send a message to all members either.

I had to send messages in groups today to PM all members, basically one page of members at a time or it errors out saying you have too many recipients when you try to send to more than one page of members at a time.

I prefer not to send emails to my members, sticking to mass PMs instead so they can get the message the next time they sign in rather than getting bogged down with emails to their own personal email accounts.
