Ok Krissnikkers is me on there and I didn't do it from a mobile device... unless a laptop is classed as mobile these days... have noticed on other boards I have the same problem... I will ask them not to quote but put it on the actual post... Btw why would the plugin be inactive from a mobile? Kriss Currently, mobile devices do not run javaScript codes you add to your forum, which includes plugins, so unless you have set it to 'desktop' mode, or similar, no plugins will be active while on a mobile device. As for you quoting the post an a laptop, your shouldn't even SEE the quote button, unless, for some reason, the plugin was not working, so I have no idea how that happened.. Looking again at the thread you linked to, I cannot see the quote buttons, but I do see the 'Reply' button, so, for me at least, everything looks as it should. Assuming you do normally see the 'Quote' button, could you please tell me which browser you are using so I can do some checking. Thanks.

The upcoming V6 will probably allow plugins to work on mobile devices.

All my javascript plugins work on mobile if I select the mobile desktop view at the bottom of the page.
If V6 ever arrives, one of the things I'm looking forward to the most is getting rid of the default mobile view.

I need some help thanks The Member Gallery should see the comments plugin and add the comments ability automatically. Make sure you have activated the Member Gallery Comments plugin, and assuming ou have, could you please leave a link to a guest friendly gallery so I can take a look. Thanks.

I love this idea! However, I have not used my Proboards forum since 2007 and am having trouble implementing this plugin and its associated key. Can I get a walk through from somebody? Thanks in advance.

How far have you got with the instillation? Hey, Todge! Well, I installed the plugin (I think) and attempted to install the key (I'm not familiar whatsoever with the key concept) and I wound up downloading a file my computer couldn't open.

Well, I installed the plugin (I think) and attempted to install the key (I'm not familiar whatsoever with the key concept) and I wound up downloading a file my computer couldn't open. If you've downloaded the .pbp file to your computer, your computer won't be able to open it. Go to Admin > Plugins > Manage - if you don't see the plugin there, it's not installed. What you need to do, on that same page, is to click the Import Plugin button. This will open a dialog box. Find the .pbp file on your computer and upload it (typically, click on the pbp file, then click Open - or double click the file). Once it's installed, it should automatically take you to the UI to configure the plugin (f any are needed). If configuring is needed, do that and be sure to click the Save Changes button. Once you go back into the Plugin Manage page, you should see it listed. Keys are automatically installed with the plugin if the plugin uses any keys - you don't install them separately.

This will allow your members to create a gallery for themselves where only they will be able add pictures and comments. You will need to create a board to be used for your galleries and assign that board to the plugin. Moderators can edit the comments or delete the image, but they can not edit the images. PluginDirect linkCurrent Version 3.0.6With version 1.2.0 and above you have the option to allow comments, but if you want that option you will need a key.. To create the needed key, install this plugin and ensure it is ABOVE the Member Galleries plugin in your plugins list. You can change the key permissions, the following settings work for me.. Read Permissions set to EveryoneWrite Permissions to Members and StaffIs there any way of posting Facebook images using the plugin? I have the luxury of having a domain and uploading images there, but I don't see an easy way to share Facebook images. They don't have a .jpg extension on the end of the url.

I added an option some time ago that allowed non-standard image extensions, but never got around to submitting it to the library. So, can you please try this version of the plugin.

I managed to install the module and I have it running on the site, however it is still giving me an error when trying to add the URL from Facebook. prntscr.com/eou2wuprntscr.com/eou33r
