Disable Posting and/or PMing (Yootil Plugin)

This plugin can remove messaging and/or posting for certain users. Yes, currently staff can disable PMing for certain users, but this only stops these members from STARTING a convo. This code will totally remove the messaging feature.

@thesealion You forgot to allow the user that you (Disable Posting and/or PMing) to show on the plugin . Also so you can take someone off of it.

Its ok. At first it did pick the right user. But then it worked fine.

I wonder if anyone has the skills to replicate it though. Or (and I'm not sure how this works) anyone might have a copy of the plugin stored somewhere that wasn't the original download link.

In a nutshell, I need to be able to turn PMs on and off for certain groups at different times for some forum games I run. I understand there is workarounds to achieve the same effect, but each seems to have some loophole like retaining access to old conversations.

To be honest, if this was a runner, there's a community of 200ish players who might be able to be weaned off of invisionfree and onto proboards as their staple.

I'm also interested in something like this. Hoping someone is able to replicate it.
