Please need some assistance....Got an issue...

Flags all working ...except when I move from a page to another using Pagination bar...the flag disappears from each members visible mini-profile... any help most appreciated ..all that is displayed in each profile where the flag image should be is the flag id

such as [flag:au]

EDIT: The flags come back if you refresh the page...happens in browser types (safari,firefox, IE)

Chris You might be busy at the moment but if you have time can you please take a look at this?

[flag:nz] (or others) usually appears instead of the image when moving to pages or right after replying to threads. When you refresh the page it's all right.

It also happens when you open the thread from Profile notifications and Participated notifications.

Is there a way to move the location text (shows up to the right of the flag) so that it is centered underneath the flag? It would look more uniform this way for us that have our mini-profile info centered.

I noticed recently that although the flags shows on the mini profile, it doesn't when you edit your own profile. But if you put the code [flag:nz] for example, and save it, it works. My new members have just been typing their locations on the text box as a result.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

I for myself are able to see them sometimes and sometimes not, which is very annoying.

I already opened up a ticket over at the forums.net
and Ricky told me to bring it over here since only the plugin creator could help.


so my question would be :is there already a solution for this problem?

And Little Devil, you are completely able to add your own flags.  I just wanted a good set of preloaded flags to save some time for users.

Also, this requires the yootil plugin, so please download that first.

Clicking on the link displays a long block of strange looking characters, and does not offer a download dialog.  Do I select from the first displayed character and drag down until highlighting ends; copy into clipboard; paste (somewhere?) and then begin tailoring?

I used California's code under ProBoards Version 4, which allowed me to add to an array of images and replacement text (105 entries in my array) ... but it did not make the transition to Version 5.  (My flags are animated GIFs.) I only noticed the loss today, while correcting some of the (MANY) broken links from ProBoards updates.

I changed the base URL for flags to my own web site ... and changed the images to the names I already have (animated GIFs) ... but nothing is displayed.  All of the defaulted image names are two characters followed by the extension .png ... while my names are all spelled out.  Is that my problem ... a limit of 2 characters for the flag names?

I am tempted to go back to the default, to see if any profiles show a flag image.  If anything shows using the default, then I may try renaming (some of) my flag animations (as for the United States , where most of my members live) to see if that works.

Is there an alternative way to add flags in the mini-profile?

Due to the Monetary System - Shop plugin, I get the flag showing up twice in each mini-profile, so I have had to remove them from showing in mini-profiles. support.proboards.com/post/5914038/thread

You have 2 divs with a class of "info", that's the problem. The code only expects one to be in the mini profile, but is appending to both. For now, change the class of one, I will likely make a small change in the next release to only look for one.

Total noob question, but how do I install this? All I see is a downloadable file that I can't open on my computer.
