Does the 'Awards' tab work? As in, are the awards displayed the same for that member as it is for your others, and when you click to remove the award, does the count go down? This is how the member's award section looks like. As you can see there's a second selection within the page. This is how it should look like Also, have you tried removing both of that award, saving and then re-giving the one he should have? Tried that done that, but it won't remove the awards when I've first added them. I did notice that he's the only member with these appearing in his profile, the red circled area. Can that be an issue that the plug-in collides with that??? The problem is with the double awards section within the awards tab, that is more than likely caused by your layout. I will see if I can change the plugin to account for that.

Can you please try switching the plugins around in your plugin list.. Try the Awards plugin near or at the top, and the member icon plugin at or near to the bottom of the list. That doesn't seem to make a difference. I tried putting both the awards plugin and the member icon plugin at the top and bottom, but it stayed the same. Gele, can you please try this version... A word of warning, this will not work if you chose to replace the user's name with the icon image.

Hello there Todge. First I want to thank you for sharing this great plug-in. Also, I would like to thank you for still taking the time to come and help users with any issues they might have with this. I'm not the type that likes to bother others with questions, but after hours of trying to figure this out on my own I thought it would be best to ask. I've gone through the thread looking to see if maybe someone else had the same issue. I now know that the activity is replaced by this. My first question was maybe finding a way to have both? This website here somehow managed to have both. They just show the awards in the bottom on the user profile, no where else, and still have their activity area. I've been trying to do something similar, but my issue is the skin I'm currently using. Here's my forum. I'm sure the reason the award system isn't even showing is because of the heavily modified profile. I've tried Plug-in re-order, the plug-in is up to date, and I have tried using the <div > tag you provided, nothing seems to work right. I tried going into Layout Templates> User profile and add/edit the award button there, but to no avail. Here's where it appears in the profiles. The issue is that it's inside the [menu] (I think), but I'm not sure how to access the menu itself. <ul class="ui-helper-clearfix" style="background-color:#eeeeee!important;padding:0px;text-transform:uppercase;"> <div style="float:left;"><table><tr>{foreach $[menu]}<td><li class="operationproflonk"><a href="$[menu.href]">$[menu.text]</a></li></td>{/foreach}</tr></table></div> </ul> First and foremost, I just want to get the link to work. It's not showing me the awards, just the activity. I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone could offer, even if it is to guide me in the right direction where I can try and figure this out myself.

Hi Mad Madison, Firstly, the Awards button does not replace the Activity button, it simply uses that page as a template to create the Awards tab. I assume you do not get the Awards button on your profile pages? And I cannot see the awards <div> in your mini-profiles.. Have you removed it?

TodgeOh, yes, you're right! I assumed it replaced it since I saw the url was the activity page. I see, I see. I do see the button, as seen here, the issue is when I click on it I just see the acitvity instead of the awards. Here is what it looks like after I click on Awards. The skin came with this mini profile, so I'm guessing the reason we can't see it is just the way it's designed and coded. I could try adding it in there somehow. btw, thanks for the quick response.

Mad Madison, can you please try version 2.6.4I can't find anything about deleting an award! How do I remove one? artdoc, you can remove an award by clicking on it in the 'Received Awards' box on the same page where you can give awards.

Amazing Todge! Whatever you did worked. I really appreciate the help, thank you so much. It's such a nice plug-in to have. It really adds an element of fun by wanting to collect all the awards.
Thanks again. :3

"...you can remove an award by clicking on it..."
That's way too easy. I wanted to find a button, or to remove some cryptic CSS lines.Just clicking on it? Where's the challenge in that?.... Uh, yes. Thanks for the fast reply.

That's just weird, since it only appears in one account out of 341, but if it can somehow be resolved, then that would be great. Tested it out with the old layout and it's the same issue.

The way the profile layouts are displayed is different.. The one causing the problems has a gift cell, which I'm assuming has the same class name as the main, parent cell. But it has (hopefully) been fixed with the new version, the awards are now displayed in a pop-up instead of changing the page layout, so it should work with any layout that displays the Awards tab.

In spanish we have this saying, "here comes the regretful mutt", and right now I'm feeling like that, tail between legs and all. I hate asking Todge, but is there any way one could edit the size of the award window. We have some members in our forum that have very long names. So long, that it causes the window to pop up and not see the awards at all because all they see is their username. I am aware one can re-size the window, and "look at that, there are the awards!" I'd just like to be able to re-size the window so that when members click on the awards button they get a clear view of their awards from the get-go. Is that at all possible, or do dialogue boxes in proboards have a set size?
