Have you tried logging in through a different browser? Or via private browsing? (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+P in IE/Firefox)

Hi! Sorry If it's because of some really stupid mistake, but my sidebar is showing up all wrong. Here is my site. It seems like my sidebars aren't all showing up, only the first one and half of the second one, and I wanted the sidebars to show up beside the Title Logo thing but instead theres a big blank spot where the logo would go and below the sidebar the logo is there. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Yes brian, I tried all of that and one of my staff posted here  (in support) on my behalf  and because she linked to my post in this thread to show what has already been tried, someone in that thread said since it was being addressed over here (I guess they assumed as opposed to actually looking), they would lock that thread to avoid having a duplicate. I didn't realize I could post as a guest in a different part of the forum so I can go make yet another post elsewhere but I will keep checking all the threads I've posted in I guess.

I just went & tried to post directly in the support forum & I was right, I can't. I'll say again what's going on.

I get the angry bear message any time I try to log into ANY of my Proboards accounts. This is all of what I have tried & the results:
*logging into my admin account on my board-angry bear
*logging into my global account-angry bear
*creating another account to link-account created, angry bear when clicked on
*creating another global Proboards account with a different email-won't let me, keeps showing my current SCP one
*Posting to the Proboards FB page-6 hrs after posting asked if it was still going on, responded, asked this morning to try delting cookies & going incognito. Done; no change.
*having 2 staff members (each in states different from me & each other) try to sign into my admin-angry bear
*Tried accessing my Admin Recovery Panel-get to where it says it will get me to my headers & footers-angry bear
*Restarting both my computer & modem-no change
*going through Chrome, Firefox & IE-angry bear
*checking the server status page on Proboards-green "all is well"

Also, while I'm pretty sure I can't be that close to my limit, I'm guessing every time I go back & can't get in, I am counting toward my 50,000 views I get ad-free that I paid for for January?

I need to get in for the obvious reasons, but also there is info in my PMs that I have to get to pass on to law enforcement (it's contact info on a banned member) because a former member made a death threat to a fellow crabber thinking no one could find her since she's online & not using her real number.

Did I get in trouble somehow? I re-read the policies yesterday & I didn't see anything I could have possibly done. I have been unable to access my board for over 30 hours now & my husband can get into his co-admin account, but I still can't get into mine which is the primary.

Oh, Nevermind! I fixed it. But I have another question, does anyone know how to not only make there be an image for the title of the side box, but also an image as the background for the sidebox itself?

Hi Brian, my welcome header/banner is still above the advert, I've only just realised. Have I done something wrong?

The other question I wanted to ask is whether it's possible to make the whole container a clickable link to somewhere else? I can put text in and make one or more words themselves a link, but I mean the whole area, wherever you mouse click inside the container, (there would be text in there too)

This should do it.

#sidebox-id > .content {
    background-image: url('URL TO IMAGE');
}

Replace the text in red with the appropriate ID/URL.

In the Other Settings tab, you need to set Move Banner to Yes.

This should make your container clickable. Substitute the text in red with the appropriate ID/URL. This will go in your Main Footer, since your sidebar is only on the main page.

brian, if you look above you'll see that yes, I have & I did. My staff member Meg tried it from her cell for me in PA, my staffer Kristin tried it for me from her home computer in FL and I tried it from 2 of my computers here in OH. It's been tried in all 3 major browsers as well.

Okay. Here's what I need you to do then:

Go to www.whatismyip.com and get your IP address from there. Give the IP address you get from there to the member you had posting on Support for you and have them PM it to me. Attempt to login to your account today and reproduce the err bear page a significant amount of times so the system will have fresh logs of your IP address attempting to login.

Once we have that information, we should be able to properly investigate what's going on with your account.

The same place I always tell everyone to put it if it's not surrounded by <style> tags when I post it, which is at the bottom of Themes > Colors & Styles > Style Sheet.

I got a couple questions, is there a way to shrink the size text in the sidebars to? Because it looks awfully big on here, because on my original forum we were able to size it down (original forum here )

Go to Themes > Colors & Styles > Style Sheet in your admin area and place these at the bottom of your style sheet.
