On multi-page threads, after reading the entire thread, one must scroll all the way back to the top to advance to the next page. It would be helpful if there were a button at the bottom of the page so that if you're on page 1 of the thread, you can get to page 2 of the thread without having to scroll up.

There's no need for one. The page turner at the top floats down the page with you as you scroll.

You can also add pagination (page number buttons) to the bottom by following the instructions here

I've added the code for the add pagination (page number buttons) but never noticed all the time beta testing that the top one scrolled down, and neither did some of my members when we went live a few hours ago! I guess it's natural to look down when getting to the end of a page and not to look up. I even used to scroll all the way up to the top of the page to the first post without noticing it was there!
