Staff seems more limited now than ever?

While going through and editing features, we came across that suddenly staff are no longer able to see members email addresses? We can't even see IP addresses anymore. Why was this power limited? We used it very frequently, especially for if a member forgot their password and could not remember what email they used to sign up. Is there some button I'm missing to give the admins this power again or was it completely taken away? Would love to know. Thus for, it makes me extremely disappointed in the new version and upset that I switched at all.

Thank you very much. I should also note, we realized that not being able to see email or IP addresses also limits our ability on posting spammers on the stopforumspam.com website, since it requires you supply a username, email, and IP address. Though the kitchen spammers seemed to have stopped, it would be unfortunate that we will not be able to report these guys in the future.

It is worth noting that we are always looking to improve our system wide spam protection. It is efforts such as this which may have been the cause of the spammers you noted not showing up anymore

Spam protection is but one reason top protect email addresses, protection of your PII data is even more critical.  Email addresses are included in OMB's definition of PII data.
