Member struggling to change avatar and signature

We have a member who is unable to make changes to his Avatar and signature image in his profile settings to the problem in the image.

He has the same problem using Chrome and Firefox.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Incidentally, we use a plug-in to disable members changing their display name.

Can you disable that plugin temporarily and have him try again? Does he receive any error messages when he tries to save changes?

In that case, you will want to contact the plugin author to find a fix for the issue.
