Email Visibility

Why is there no option to hide it from everyone just as there is with the birthday visibility?

It is invisible to all, but staff.  Unless you have altered the settings, to allow all to see it.

Go to Profile / Edit profile / Privacy / Email visibility


There you will see that only staff can see your email address.  But you can also change who is allowed to see it.

♥ ℒʊ√ ♥ You can choose who sees your email address. Go to your Profile, Edit Profile, Privacy Settings tab scroll down to "Email Visibility"
 choose from the drop down who can see it.

Hi rchelitalk!   Thank you. 

But the least visibility you can set is "visible to staff" only. Some members prefer not to share with anyone ~ and their right to privacy should be respected. They thought the only ones who would have access to the email is ProBoards itself. They are uncomfortable that it can be shared with anyone ~ even if it is staff. ProBoards should include that option. Just as they do with the birthday visibility where you can completely hide it from everyone ~ including staff.
