[RD] Adjusting board size

What I want to do is have the forum itself be much smaller then the actual banner, so the banner and the banner buttons would stay wide at the top while the rest is at 80% or smaller. I'm unsure of where to find the code in the style sheet myself, if I can even manipulate it that way. /this it my first test with proboards v5 so I needs help
