Hi Wormopolis

This is going to be a very handy plugin.  I have already uploaded it to my forum.

It is easy to use.

In the option to Add members ( Add members affected by this rule )

Is there any way you can offer an alternative ?    Like,  Members with less than a post count of x ( variable )

This would enable admin and mods to observe new members from the start.

It would be great for fending off spammers !  We would not then need to limit registration.

yes there is a new version already done that I am submitting tonight - Im just trying to get one last little thing to work in regards to guests

Brilliant !  I have been testing this with a member in my forum. It works perfectly.

The addition of adding X number of posts, for new members will make this plugin a must have for a lot of forums.

Ok, I went to the plug in library and downloaded the plug in  but the version there doesn't have the post count option.  Is that an older version?  I also went to the drop box link and download that one and it has to post count option.  The drop box is 1.0.2 and the version in the library is 1.0.0

Soooo, I'm guessing the dropbox version 1.0.2 is the latest version.  I'm confused!

see this is why I dont like using the dropbox unless its an emergency.


v1.0.2 is the latest version and is th eone in the library. it works when they use quick reply on v1.0.2

v1.0.5 being submitted tonight

it will have "manual quarantine" options in the gear menu for users you wish to have that ability.
hovering on the quarantine banner will tell anyone with "approved by" status why the post was flagged
after approving, a little green checkmark shows up next to timestamp for anyone with "approved by" status, hovering on that image shows when and who by the post was approved

since the key now saves pertinent info, I can setup a notification system where when a post gets quarantined, all the users with the ability the approve that post will have a entry added to their super key. the plan is to have a menu item show up in the menu bar at the top that when clicked will list all posts waiting to be approved, along with timestamp/author/rule and linkable to post itself. I have a couple hurdles to achieve first to make this work, and it will likely involve a second plugin to hold the super-key and functions in order to keep overhead of this plugin lower.

Except that the dropbox had the good one! It was the library one that messed me up.  So I got lucky.

Ok.  I'll watch for it.  Thank you for all the hard work you are putting into this.  I'll have to test 1.0.5 on my dev site to what's new.

its important to make sure key permissions are correct as well.  if "write" is set to "members and staff" then guests can post all day and never be flagged.

Yes, I changed that per your instructions elsewhere.  That is what confuses me on plug ins.  Setting those initial permissions. read/write  Is there a guideline on this.
