Hover over Banner / Tables [CB] Update 1.0

I am dealing with issues with this template. Link is where I need help. Why is it above my banner and not pretty much in the banner? I'm working on the code currently trying to find out.

Honestly, guys. I feel that my code here isn't even needed anymore. There are tons of new ones', including the Trinity Blair one. Mine of course wasn't perfect, but that's because it was one of the first attempts at doing it. I've been busy, and am sorry for now coming on to help everyone. The codes shouldn't have been that difficult to follow. Though I knew what I was doing when I copied, so trying to explain it was a fail. XD I'm horrid at explaining things, and I really don't see how I could be much clearer.

I can't figure out how to put the navi bar back where it was. I re read your instructions and I can't seem to figure it out. Also why is there an extra scroll bar, and how do I get rid of it?

Love the Hover Banner. But having trouble with it. I had to dink around with different placement of the coding in the Layout Templates to actually make it work and be placed in the Banner spot. Yet I am still having trouble. As you hover your mouse over it, persay the actual center of it, the hover fades away so you can't see it and can't click on anything.

Can anyone help me with this?

Can SARI-SINISTER or anyone else help me figure out how to adapt this code to my forum design and code? I don't want to rearrange the custom nav bar set up I have.

You are wanting just 3 tables then, with 3 images? Is that what you're meaning?
