Hello and welcome to Strongwind Academy, home to some of the finest scholars of our era who have dedicated their live to passing on knowledge to the brilliant students of our establishment. Staff positions are still available to those looking for a job and there is always room for more students to enroll. You need not be worried about the cost and expenses of attending this Academy since we receive stipends from several agencies who wish the education of the young supernatural to continue on.

Unfortunately, peace doesn’t last for long. An anonymous group of anti-supernaturals paid the global crime organization Domus to mount an attack on the school. There was many injuries and two deaths, and a follow up attack leading to more deaths in May, and that’s all it took for the government to push through the R.O.S.E. Act. Despite laws against segregation, the act went through and prohibited supernatural going to schools that were not geared towards their “special” needs. For a short time after the law was passed, it simmered. But the attacks came. Small at first. A push and a shove here, a bar fight there. But every attack only got more personal, more intense. Students began to learn that it was best not to leave the Academy grounds alone, even for a simple walk to the town.

People were being outright attacked and killed in every state for simply looking like a supernatural, or being related or friends with one. The town of Lake Forest near Strongwind also saw a rise in population as people moved closer to the stronghold of safety- for as dangerous as Strongwind was, it still was safer than anywhere else they knew. Battlegrounds appear, and Supernaturals are beginning to become the monsters they are rumored to be, if only to protect themselves from extinction.
