Hey, MobFox! I reaaally like the color scheme. The golden/orange and grey look fantastic together and it's not overwhelming or too boring. For a non-RPG theme, it fits perfectly, there's no mistaking its intent. While I do love the logo being simplistic and having such a gorgeous color and font to it, adding just a touch more to it might be beneficial. On one hand, the minimalist approach makes things very clean and professional but it also makes it almost too button-up and stiff. Maybe a few lines, some splashes, some swirls, something just abstract and small to flavor it up a bit? I'd also love to see a nice favicon going. Right now I'm seeing a white page. Maybe an orange P with that cool font? Watch your writing in the welcome message. I see some missing capitals and some incorrect capitals. Since it's the welcome message, it's representing your site and making the first impression and is vital that there are no typos or mistakes. Likewise, below it "Below is a list of Websites That We Our Affiated with,To Get Your Site On The List Message MobFox With your Information" why is every first letter capitalized like that? It certainly doesn't weave a professional atmosphere. Also watch for typos (i.e. affiated instead of affiliated) and maybe consider centering the partners content. The shoutbox is situated nicely! I think the new icon should be white and the off icon should be black, just by simple logic. Black is less noticeable, it's duller and 'voided out' whereas white is bright, eye-catching, and 'filled in.' Although I strongly believe they should be swapped, I do like how they look in general! Maybe even changing it to dark grey and orange to fit the theme? Nice work on the site thus far!

Typically, when I do a critique, I don't read others critiques until after I have done mine, so I'm not swayed, but unfortunately I read βͺΒ» β
Ζͺ Ζ Β«βͺ very good critique before I decided to do a critique myself, so I just may touch on some of the things Elf said just so you have two opinions. My rate scale: Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good & Excellent First impression: Good(For a site that is offering help with other members forums, I set the standards a bit higher, just so you know. Also keep in mind very few sites get more than a good rating from me since we are all learning V5 and very few people have accomplished an outstanding site.) Looking at your site I kept getting the feeling I wasn't seeing the whole site. This may sound odd but I felt the urge to find a scroll bar at the bottom to move the forum to the left to see the rest of your side table. For me, I am missing the right curve on your side table titles but on the left of your forum, the curve is there. I went to capture a screenshot but the screenshot shows the curve so I'm not sure if this is true for all visitors on your forum or is my monitor. Still, it may be nice to re-size the site just a touch smaller even if it is just 99 or 98 percent. It has always bothered me when sites fill the full screen and I almost feel like I have to turn my head side to side to read everything. If you do decide to re-size the forum/side table width a touch but want the banner to span the whole screen, you'll need to make a template adjustment so that portion is outside the wrapper. (You can post for help with that in the Template board as we aren't supposed to post coding here.) Theme and Layout: GoodI do like that you kept the look very clean, uncluttered and business-like but maybe it is just a little too simple. I guess, viewing what you offer (forum critiques, graphics for your members), I'd expect something special about your site. Something that makes me want to come to you for graphics, something that makes me want you to critique my site and I'm just not seeing that. Which is where Elf's critique comes into play in two ways. First, if you have seen Elf's site, you would think, wow, this person did an awesome job and any graphics or critiques made by this person would be top of the line. Secondly, I agree with most of the things Elf pointed out as something that might warrant changing. Although the banner you are using is fine it just needs a bit of a wow factor or maybe to keep it simple, a "That is so cool" factor. Also agree with the on/off icons just aren't quite right in color. One thing that startled me a bit was the alternating very black post background color. It almost comes out of nowhere and is a stark contrast with the other colors you used. Maybe just tone it down to be a darker gray, like the border around your banner text and it might be just fine. I think you just need to keep in mind what your site is about and what you can do to make members want to join to get your services. Maybe ask a friend to put their forum up for a critique and then give a "sample" of how you critique. Also I think you missed an opportunity to sell your site in your introduction, "About me". This would have been the perfect place to tell why you started the site, why your services are in par with other site of the same genre. Again, touching on what Elf said, you need to watch your grammar, spelling and check for typos. If you don't take the time to proof-read what you write, why would anyone think you will take time and care critiquing someone's site, making a graphic or be patient when helping someone? Sell your site much like you sell yourself when interviewing for a job and I'd sticky it. But since you already made the "About me", how about an "About ProAdvert" and sell your site in that stickied thread. Just some suggestions. Overall, I really do like your site. Never been a huge fan of orange but you managed to make it look very nice. You definitely took time to customize and think out most all of your colors so they work well. Nice job and I hope my take on things helps just a little.

I am not a great fan of the color black in a back ground of any forum as i believe posting can be quiet difficult for some new comers. However said this would have to be the best theme with regards to the color tones that suits your forum. Very well done and i quiet like it. Good work.

Colors looks good however i noticed that there wasn't a news flash scrolling through. I believe it maybe helpful to some quick suggestions. But its your personal preference. I sort of like seeing it. It give the web site a more professional look.
