Restoring a board that was accidentally deleted.

Hello Proboards Support,

My partner and I had a forum running. We wanted to place the forum in maintenance mode in order to work on some skins and do some reorganization. Unfortunately, we accidentally ended up deleting the board (silly mistake I know).

We were wondering if it was possible to restore the forum. Is there any possible way?

Your help is appreciated. We have used this place to help boost the functionality of our forum in the past and it has been an invaluble resource.

We're able to bring it back online, but first we need to verify the identity of the owner by having them post in this thread with a global account whose email address matches what is shown on the forum - your email address doesn't currently match.

I just spoke with my partner. He is actually having issues with his account and is unable to login to the support forum and post in this thread. He tried to register on here again using his old name, but it won't allow him to.

Is there an alternate way he could correspond with you?

What is the issue he is having logging in here. Does he get an error message?

He says he keeps getting a message saying his password is wrong.

His emailt hat's associated with the forum is [e-mail]. If his password could be reset then he would gladly come to the support forum and verify.

He should find a link to reset the password upon attempting to login. Does he see this link?
