Setup events in plugin settings or by clicking "New Event" at the top of calendar.  Events can be set for multiple days, have their own custom color, and be set for reoccuring.  Optionally, you can have events displayed in the info center.

Hi, thanks for creating this plugin. I needed it! I'm having trouble figuring out how to add multiple static events. I need to add about 20 events to the calendar, which are not linked to individual members. I'm using the static events page of the event calendar plugin; there are only 3 static event forms. How can I add more events?

One of my daft questions, if you don't mind.

I have set the "Read permissions" to Staff. I am right in thinking that this just stops the entries being seen before they are shown on the Info Center??

if you mean the key, then it means all key stored calendar entries will only be seen by staff.

Yes I mean Key - Ok, Wormo, thanks. The static entries however can be seen by all and are not in the key??

Oh yes Wormo - I can put the birthdays in and get around the birthdays not showing in V5, as they did in V4. Awfully embarrassing when regular birthdays are missed...load of work putting the dates in but worth it.

I forgot to ask Wormo - we are allowing members to add to the Calender - I take it that if there are problems (somebody messes up) admin/staff can sort it out??

members can only add using the "create event" button, but you have to have the key set to members in order for that to work. the originator and staff can always edit/delete those events.

I will add an option into the plugin settings for static events (the ones using plugin storage) to have a checkbox for staff only to see.

Great plugin but the date seems a bit messed up.

you have to be more descriptive then that. where are you looking?
