Extra cell doesn't work. I keep trying to add a cell named Links, but it won't show neither the top, mid, nor bottom. Attachments:

Hi Todge. I managed to get your plugin working on my board. You can see it here in the statistics section.It shows the titles of new threads, but some of them don't link to the correct threads and I don't understand why. For example, I clicked on a link to a user made thread and it took me to a guest advertisement that was recently posted. What gives? Did I do something wrong?

For example, I clicked on a link to a user made thread and it took me to a guest advertisement that was recently posted. What gives? Did I do something wrong? Hi, I can see one thread that does not link to the thread named.. There are a couple of reasons this can happen. The plugin has to work out the thread numbers, it does that by keeping count as threads are created, but, as plugins do not currently work on the mobile app, whenever a thread is created using that the plugin then loses count, it can also lose count if one thread is being created while another post is being authored, when the latter post is finally posted the key data will be reset to the point where it was when the second poster started authoring their post. The plugin tries to get around this by checking the latest thread number with the new thread number after it is created, and if it is wrong, will produce a pop-up.. Closing the pop-up should correct the thread number and reset the count, but, if the poster does not physically close the pop-up, by either navigating away or closing their browser then that entry will be incorrect, only being reset the next time a new thread is created, assuming that poster closes the pop-up. I'm afraid their is no way around this as keys can only be written to after a user input, sorry.. But you can remove incorrect entries by clicking on the cog to the right of the Recent Threads title.

I'm afraid there's no real answer to this. The best thing you can do, in my opinion, is replace the .flv oe .swf files you are using with equivalent files in a format native to most browsers, like .mp4, .avi or .mpg.

Hi Todge I use Siderbar Redux as a container for the RUTS, and the containers on Siderbar Redux toggle collapse/open when you click the title bar. Would that be possible for the RUTS as well?

Yup, but you'll have to create a cell in the Sidebar Redux plugin and put the RUTS in there instead of in the sidebarr-left (or right) cell instead.

I actually found a code that I modified to do the job, but it's doing something wonky... abetterplace.boards.net/Code I found at: support.proboards.com/post/6705259/thread<script> jQuery(function($){ var info = {}; $(".title-bar").each(function(i, v){ var $c = $(".content", $(v).parent()), ts = "title-bar" + i, $ae = ($ae = $('h2 .title_wrapper', v)).length? $ae : $('h2', v); if(window.localStorage[ts] && window.localStorage[ts] === "true"){ $c.hide(); info[ts] = true; } i && $ae.css({maxWidth: 880}); $ae.append('<span style="float: right; cursor: pointer;">Hide/Show</span>'). click(function(){ $c.animate({ height:"toggle" }, 1000, "easeOutQuad"); if(info[ts]){ info[ts] = false; window.localStorage[ts] = "false"; } else { window.localStorage[ts] = "true"; info[ts] = true; } }); }); }); </script> I modified it to: <script> jQuery(function($){ var info = {}; $("#recent-threads-title").each(function(i, v){ var $c = $(".content", $(v).parent()), ts = "recent-threads-title" + i, $ae = ($ae = $('h2 .title_wrapper', v)).length? $ae : $('h2', v); if(window.localStorage[ts] && window.localStorage[ts] === "true"){ $c.hide(); info[ts] = true; } i && $ae.css({maxWidth: 880}); $ae.append('<span style="float: right; cursor: pointer;"></span>'). click(function(){ $c.animate({ height:"toggle" }, 1000, "easeOutQuad"); if(info[ts]){ info[ts] = false; window.localStorage[ts] = "false"; } else { window.localStorage[ts] = "true"; info[ts] = true; } }); }); }); </script> But as you can see on my forum, it's leaving a weird box above the title bar when it collapses. I tried it on other containers and it worked fine. I tried it with the RUTS by itself instead of in Sidebar Redux and it did the same thing. Tries it without matching forum styling and again... weird box. Any ideas?

Having a problem getting this to the correct location, I got it to work, but it won`t show up in the sidebar box I want it. Here is how it looks.It should be in the thing called Recent, but it always end up at the bottom. I added sidebarr-left to the ID in the sidebar redux plugin and the recently updated threads plugin, and yet this happens. How to fix this?

sidebarr-left is the ID of the parent cell of the Sidebar Redux plugin, that is why the recent threads are being added to the bottom.. What you need to do is give the Recents Cell a unique ID, and then put that ID in the Recent Threads plugin.
