Hi there Todge . I love your plugin so far. There are a couple specific things I'm looking to do with it. I've searched the thread so far and haven't yet found the answer. My ForumIssue 1: I want to put the micro avatar in line with the thread title/link and the user profile link. Thread above, user by-line below. Stacked next to the icon so that it's in like and the text is essentially wrapped around or whatnot.
Example: (This includes the first words of the post.. but I think you get what I'm looking for)
What coding would I need to input to get that kind of setup?
Issue 2: I would like to use the extra cell box to store NEW threads, and only new threads, with the same kind of formatting and display as the main Recent Posts box. I would like to have the recent posts box sorted to only show the most recent posts and no new threads. Essentially separating them into two different categories.
I haven't found the functionality to do this yet. I'm certain there is a way to do it, probably with CSS. Any help in this would be super appreciated.

You can acheive something like what you are after by putting this in the format box within the settings tag. <div style="float: left; padding-top: 5px;">[A]</div> <div style="float: left; padding-left: 10px;">[T]<br>[P]<br><br>[W]</div> <div style="width: 100%; float: left; height: 5px; padding-bottom: 10px;"><hr></div> As for issue 2, I'm afraid there's no easy answer to that. It would require a lot of recoding to the original plugin to seperate the different threads.

That's what I was afraid of. Thank you for getting back to me so swiftly. I will try your code for Issue 1.
Update: Inserting the code and saving did not make any changes of note.

According to your forum, you currently have ' [A][T][P]' in the plugins' format box, not the code I posted above.

How can I get the list to scroll? I have it set to display the most recent 20 threads, however, I have the dimensions of the box to show about 10 before it gets cut off at the bottom. How can I get the rest to fall into an overflow scroll bar?

It isn't showing all the announcements.Does the width look ok from your side? What is the best way to ad affiliates to it? In your opinion so, it will look nice? Thank you?
The boxes is suppose to be 250 in width but, doesn't look it to me.

Which announcements are not showing for you? Staff, Members or Guests? And, according to my browser, your sidebox is 250px wide, and the recent threads are filling th width of the sidebar, so must be 250px too. I notice that some of your recent threads are not being displayed in the cell, is this what you mean by announcements? If so, you can rectify that by making the Recent Threads cell scroll.. #recent-threads-cell { overflow: auto; }

Hi. I've got it set in settings not to match the forum styling. I'm trying to figure out how to set the size of the text for the Recent-Threads-cell via the CSS styling box. The only thing that seems to be effected is the word "by" as in "Thread Title by User Name." Do have any hints how to change the the other words as well?
Thanks.

Hi
My forum members love this Sidebar - many thanks to the creator. I've done a search of these 90+ pages and can't find the answer to my two questions, so here goes:
■ Is there any way to have this "Recent Threads Sidebar" show up on every page of the forum? ■ Is there a way to remove duplicates from generated list? If one thread has been updated a few times recently, then it's showing up multiple times in the "Recent Threads Sidebar" << naturally, we'd rather only the most recent occurrence of each thread was listed.
thanks

Yup, try adding this to the CSS Styling box in the plugin.. #recent-threads-cell > div { font-size: 25px; }
Change the red number to suite.
