I can see you've put a lot of work into this place and it's looking great! Of course though there's always something that could use improvements to keep the site progressive. And so I have some feedback for yah. Completely up to you of course whether you agree on points or not 1) The banner width is just slightly shorter than the rest of the forum width. Very minor but instantly noticeable. Easy and quick adjustment would make it so eyes didn't linger on that green behind your banner. I would either increase the banner width, or try removing the green background so it isn't as quickly noticeable. - If you go with the first option I must stress how much you should not just take your existing banner and stretch the width. I can already notice that the cat's proportions have already been stretched and it looks slightly off.
- If you go with the second option there may end up with a problem of your background engulfing with the banner due to the vibrant, and similar, colors. This could easily be solved by fading out the background so then your banner stands out on it. 2) The falling objects on the screen are very distracting and lose their interesting factor quickly. At first I was amused because one is a cookie, and I thought perhaps there was some sort of cool Easter egg sort of deal going on and it was clickable. Unfortunately not! They serve no purpose and are distracting, somewhat annoying after a few minutes. If they were smaller objects that were in the background and not overlapping the forum it would be an interesting effect. 3) You have an abundance of large tables taking up the top third of your forum, which makes everyone scroll down to get to the part of your forum they really care about. Having all that information available and at the top is good and useful, but it is taking up far too much space even when taking into consideration that the largest of the 3 can collapse. Curious, why are they not all one single dynamically tabbed table? You could have the welcome message as the first default tab instead of its own div above. The Awards section could easily be another tab in your collapsible table as well. - As for the tabbed table itself, I don't understand the difference between your 'News' and 'Updates' tabs. They look like they could very easily be merged into the same thing. Then, you could shift the sister sites and daily clicks bit into the 'Links' tab, since that's what they are. Doing this in conjunction with the above would leave you with a nice efficient display of all your information that is all collapsible and doesn't take up a ton of room on your main page, which is already long enough.
- Speaking of the 'Links' tab, I find it rather bland and almost in the TLDR mode when it comes to that legend just because it isn't utilizing the space available as well as it could. If you played around with spacing and tables I think it would make it better to distinguish objects in the legend and be more visually appealing. Also, I don't think it's necessary to include the 'Created by = Crafted by' as they're similar enough people will figure it out.
4) This one is a bit trickier due to the large difference in heights between your boards. You have a bunch of small boards, then some large boards dominated by text, and then large boards dominated by an image. Some consistency would be good. Remember for long board descriptions you can just link to a descriptive thread inside the board, which would allow you to write in as much detail as you please and not crowd the board list with text. When it comes to the roleplay boards I'm curious how it would look if you changed the plugin settings to 'fade over' instead of the current 'slide down'. This would stop the annoying jittering that happens when scrolling over and the text slides in and out, and would prevent the already large boards from becoming larger which skews the look of the other cells and makes their empty and stretched feel even more apparent. Another thing that may help with the threads and posts columns looking so giant and empty is if you adjusted the layout template so they were stacked on top of each other. By stacking them you not only accomplish a more clean look for the height of each of the large boards, but that would then leave more room for the 'latest post' column to be expanded so your thread titles aren't one 2 lines. I wish you good luck! Keep up the good work.

Nori, thank you so much for taking the time to review my forum! 1. For the banner, I have never been able to get it to stretch the width of the forum. No matter how large of an image I start off with, the image gets cut down to the size and position it is in currently. - I intended the banner and background to sort of blend together that way neither one would stand out too much. That way the banner seems more like a snap shot picture from the background. 2. In the future I might set up a way to link the images so that they are clickable. The images are only falling on the home page. I have made the images smaller and I feel it looks a lot better and gives a sense of the season that we are in. 3. I have reduced and downsized the table space at the top of the forum. For me it made sense to layout everything separately so that one table did not become to crowded or busy looking. I have removed the welcome table and incorporated it into the tabbed table. I also have decreased the height of the tabbed table as well. As for the Awards table I like to have it singled out so that it truly is a spotlight for the winners. - My thoughts on the New versus Updates is that the Updates incorporates any changes to the rules ie. updating the rules. Whereas the News incorporates anything else that members might need to know about. - From what I've dealt with in the past and in recent times, I layout out as much information as I can so there is as little confusion as possible. 4. The fade over option is completely unreadable. I know, I was hoping it would look nice enough to use. As for the jittering, I've changed the delay and shift times so it goes faster without stuttering. For the images versus the non image boards. I have images for the in character land boards. The first category is purely information and out of character and I think it would be a bit of a stretch to come up with images for it. The second category is mostly information, listing related and again it seems odd and difficult to come up with images for non land boards. - I have combined the last three columns into one now.

No problem, the changes look fantastic. Weird about that banner sizing thing but it's so minor I wouldn't worry about it. One of those if you extra time and are bored sorta things.
With the combination of the threads/posts though they kinda blend together. Might want to consider using some   spans to separate them out a little. Also the content in the 'Links' tab in yer dynamic table seems to be pushed down a little too far in its space. And my final nitpicky comment is you may want to consider bolding the title of your awards table there, so it matches the rest of your stuff. Otherwise nice work!
There'll always be minor adjustments to be made as things develop and new tools are available, so keep up the good work!

Nori, again thank you! I'll try and fix the spacing for that. I didn't even realise that the font was off, it's bold now like the other ones. =]
