Regarding the logo rollover effect, it looks like this on my monitor: No hover: Hover:
Whoa, OK.
Shows like this on mine ...
I've tested on both IE and Firefox and they seem OK. What browser are you using??

I've tried it on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Both give the same result. This is the url that your script sets the src of the image to when you hover over it: s8.postimg.cc/m00agb5kl/ROLLOVER2.pngMaybe the place you hosted the image has some setting that prevents guests from viewing it? I'm not sure.

Which funny enough, is the same image I have ... but the background is showing as transparent on my screen (but looks to be different on your views).
The host is a free host in which I didn't need an account to upload the files.
Question is, is this just me who is looks OK for? ...
(Goes to open up a spare laptop sitting in the cupboard to confirm ...)

I'll test on my laptop as well, and I'll get a friend to have a look. EDIT: It's the same on my laptop and my friend said the same thing. asht0n91 try logging out of your admin account and try it as a guest.

Logged out and view as 'guest' and all looks good on both my work laptop and home PC. Oh uh.
Let me re-upload the rollover image somewhere else ...
... Give me 2 minutes.
EDIT: Right, I've changed the host, looks OK to me. Can you confirm please? ...

Yep, it works perfectly now. Phew! ... that's one thing off the list. Do you think it looks OK now the rollover works, or think a static image would be better??

It isn't totally in your face; it's just enough that it creates a nice little effect. I also really like how the CIU part gets a glow as well.

Glad you think all is well . One last thing that I just thought of, actually! Currently when you hover over links (navbar, board names, etc) the only indicator that you're hovering over a link is the cursor. Maybe you could make it so when you hover over a link the colour darkens or brightens slightly. Something subtle just to give some extra visual feedback when hovering over a link. It's something that I like to do, but it might not appeal to you.

That does appeal to me, and is actually one of the things I've got down in my hidden board on the forum

I think it looks good. It does look clean and professional. I don't like the default avatars. I would change them to something technical looking or anything but the default bald guy. LOL I like your banner a lot. Nice site
