This plugin will add social media buttons to your forum. There's a settings tab to use to enter the full URLs to each one. Images are included in the plugin. The background and border colors can be changed. This will float at the left side of your forum. The buttons will only display, if the URLs are filled out. This way, you only have to fill out the ones that apply to you. If you use multiple themes, you will need to edit which themes this plugin runs on (doable from Admin > Plugins > Manage > Edit button) and install duplicate copies of this plugin. Version Updates: v1.2.0 - Thursday, February 18, 2016 - Changed images to be uploaded, instead of linked.
v1.0.1 - Tuesday, January 20, 2015 - Added Support Link
v1.0.0 - Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Initial Release

@burkeknight, using your social media plugin, like it and Thanks for making it. One issue though. I am using it on an SSL enabled site and because the images that you are using are hosted non-SSL, it is creating a warning icon in the nav bar that the site is not fully secured. Any chance of having those images hosted in a secure location, or possibly a way of me utilizing an image that is hosted within my proboards instances?

sparks80I look at the library page daily, and see they still have not approved the updated version, so please let me know once it shows and you can update it.

@burkeknight, will do. I'm having this same issue with other plugins. Several of them don't give the option of custom images. I'm finding it to be a total PITA to make a site render as HTTPS all the time.

@burkeknight, I'm trying to increase the size of the icons for the plugin. So far, I have been able to increase the size of the div and the images themselves, but I can't seem to figure out what I'm missing to get the images centered. Can you take a look. Here is what I added to the style sheet: div .bksmb {width: 20px; } .bksmb img{height:25px; } Here is the site: thebriarpatchforum.com

sparks80They look centered to me, except for a bit under them, which I'm not too sure if it's due to centering. I think that's due to spacing after each one, except the last one. The way it looks to me, is that space is the end of the div, and there's no css or line break to add that. We may not be able to have anything done about it.

@burkeknight, yeah I finally got them centered. I needed to make the main div a bit wider and then added a display:inline-block;margin:auto; tag to the img css. Seems to have centered it as needed.
Thanks for looking.

@burkeknight any chance of a updated version that have Reddit and Wordpress links? Not at this time, as I'm only using a phone for the time being. I don't plan on any updates until I get a new PC and PB v6 is fully live.
