Hey there Anakin Skyguy ! Now star wars is definitely not my forte, but I'll review what I can XD
FIRST IMPRESSION Let me start by saying that the organization of your boards and categories is very nice, everything's very clear and easy to find, that's definitely a good thing. Your overall theme (template builds and colors) isn't bad, especially for someone not used to v5 - there are some things you could do to make things a bit better though:
- Change your banner, perhaps to an image (though straight text is fine too, thats not the important point, fancy image banners are just icing on the cake so to speak), be sure that the colors used I your forum banner match ones you use on the rest of the forum. Right now the majority of your forum is red, black, and white while your banner is yellow (it just doesn't look like it belongs). Another small note about the current banner you have is that it seems to be bigger than the width of your forum, so its cut off - you may want to increase the width of your header, or shrink the image (lol) - I get why you chose the theme colors you chose, they do indeed look like something you would expect to see on a star wars site; however, to be honest, bright red and white on a black background strains the eyes, perhaps change the white font color to a lightish gray, and mute the red a bit so they aren't as bright? Other than that everything looks good XD - You could look into template remodels,: changing the layout/look of your boards, thread lists, mini profiles, etc helps give your site a unique look that sets it apart from other sites. There are boards here on support that have indexes of premade templates, or boards where you can request some custom ones. Not really a "must" but are always cool.
LOOKING DEEPER I honestly have nothing to say here, from what I can tell everything looks good (again limited star wars knowledge here) XD Everything's well written, inviting, and easy to find - its good! ALL IN ALL Definitely not bad, actually its pretty good! Just needs a few tweeks here and there XD 6/10

Hey, Anakin Skyguy, good to see another Star Wars fan around here. First Impressions:You site is very well organized, whether it be the administrative information, the RP boards, or the areas for fan discussion. It was very easy to find everything I normally look for when skimming a forum. The one distracting thing I noticed was that the "Fire Across The Galaxy" banner text is still showing up, floating in front of your banner image. Looking Deeper:-I like you banner, and I know you probably chose the color because that's the color of the opening crawl in the Star Wars movies. However, I am wondering just a little bit whether the color actually fits with your theme or not, since I do not see any yellow elsewhere in your theme. I don't think there's a 'right' or 'wrong' answer to the color of the text in the banner image, but I thought I'd mention it. -The one area of the rules that is not clear to me is how character applications work, so you might want to spell that out somewhere (who approves them, how long it takes, any forbidden items, etc.). It doesn't need to be anything complicated. I also wondered whether there any rules for claiming canon characters besides the one character per member limit, or is it just first come, first served? -In the Chrome web browser, the left and right side of your banner are cut off - it looks like it's being cropped to the width of the boards, rather than the width of my window. -I noticed that one region of space has a subforum for a planet (Mandalore), but that's the only planetary sub board. Is there a particular reason for that? Are you planning to add planets based on demand, or can members request them? Overall:It's a good start, but (naturally) looks a little empty right now. Given that you just started this, I'd give it an 8/10.

Thanks guys. I have also changed theme The new theme is actually a major improvement on the old one, its unique and something you wouldn't immediately think of when thinking of star wars, but still works very well with the site theme! Everything is still legebale, the icons fit the skin pretty well, and I enjoy the simplicity of your banner- its simple and blends well, doesnt crowd the site and is interesting XD Very nice!
