Hello sophhhi, I am Sarapha, a friendly reviewer of forums. The way that I review a board is that I look it over as a guest, and write down what I see, in the order I see it. Then, I take another look, and see what details can be tweaked. I have 8+ years of experience with Proboards and its glory. Let us start First GlanceHoly... Well, I have to admit, I'm quite blinded. The white and the neon pink contrast heavily to the point of difficulty even looking. There is also a lack of a main banner, which is always a turn off. Empty Boards... As far as the eye can see....One of the biggest turn offs to a new forum is a plethora of empty boards. You have 11 boards in total, and only 2 of them have any posts within them. That immediately tells me that there is no one around to talk to, so I ditch. The Rules... Do not exist. If a board has no rules, I know right away it is either far too new, or not yet finished. Every board, regardless of content, is in need of rules. Am I allowed to go into a swear fest at someone if they have a differing opinion? Am I allowed to be the meanest person ever to members? Insult others? Who knows? Final ThoughtsThere really isn't anything of substance with this forum. I don't see anything that stands out as a hook for someone to join. The layout is generic, the colors are blinding, and there isn't anything actually going on. You also have the forum apparently centered around Hair, I believe, but then go on to have random boards for LGBT and politics. Those two just seem very random when given the context. Making the LGBT board relevant would be, perhaps, to have LGBT people comment on how they make their hair look realistic to their gender identity, given the differing styles and textures that are biological. All in all, there are far too many boards of "Talk about anything related to so and so here" and far too many boards that really mean the exact same thing as many other boards. The descriptions definitely need work.

Hi! I thought I might help. . .
Likes: The idea is a solid one. The different topic boards are well thought out.
Areas t work on: Get a better skin. The pink is eye killing bright. You can use a similar shade that isn't as bright. Try some side tables they can help you feature your members and certain topics. There are several options in the Plug In Library in the Admin panel. A Banner is an interest grabber. If you do hair take some photos of your work ans find someone who is good with Photoshop and get yourself a unique banner.
Well I hope that helps you out. ^_^
