Description:

It's a roleplaying forum with an original fantasy setting. It has the use of animanga elements for face claiming if anyone chooses to use a face for their character. We're trying to have it animanga based although originally drawn face claims are fine so long as it looks anime-like. There's even a list of species people can use if they like. It's typically new, having been open for a few months. We're just wondering if anyone could please provide us with some input to help us make the forum better. Thank you in advance to anyone that reviews the site!

Yes, I mentioned we're a new forum. Although for the fantasy element I guess I did not specify that it was an original fantasy so, no, it is not based off of a game so it's not a limited userbase.

As for the reason why many sections don't have posts is because we don't have people rping in them yet. ^_^; I guess that's something I could try to get what few others there are to do?

Friendly Tip: Rules of GOAYB: 3e) ... only the THREAD CREATOR can bump his/her thread. So that means for example, the main admin and the co-admin CANNOT bump the same thread where only one of them is the thread creator.
The site is nice, but I would rather not the site opinions get changed because you are not the thread creator.

For an actual Review.

I see your a Co-Admin (username is not admin) and a lot of people when they see the Admin account isn't active they see the site an inactive and they have no interest in joining a site where its own creator can't log in. So I would definitely either log into the main account (if you have control of it) or message the main admin to resolve that problem first.

The skin looks very nice, and I can see that it's another skin made by Margie which is great for a starter skin while you practice your skills but I believe every site should be unique by its skin and when someone else makes it; it really takes away from a site being unique. Thats my thoughts on the theme.

Going into every thread so far, I've noticed everything is bold. I feel like the only time things should be bold if they are exceptionally important, and when everything is bold it becomes hard to read. So I would recommend going into the threads and fixing the bold to create as easier read for members.

I've noticed you have 8(?) accepted characters and not one of them have entered the RPing, even if you feel silly RPing with yourself it gives the site life. When potential members see activity they are more likely to join instead of an empty site.

I like the sites appearance and colors but I hate premade skins. The bold makes it hard to read and I think removing it would make things better, overall a nice site but missing its Lead Admin it may never take off. Best of Luck.

Thank you for your insightful input. I apologize for my friend bumping the thread. He didn't know that he couldn't bump the thread.

Anyway, unfortunately, due to issues we have ultimately decided to lock the forum for good with possible deletion because we can't pick the site up despite our best attempts. Once again, thank you. It helps for future reference for the next time if we decide to open the site up again or if we decide to make another one.
