Description:
This adds a rainbow hover effect to your user links when moused over and then reverts them back to their original look.
The colors flow from left to right by default in a rainbow scale fashion. This can be reversed from right to left via settings.
This plugin works great with Wormopolis: ColorSmear plugin.

Features:
Specify how many shades the colors change per step.
Specify how many milliseconds it takes for a step to complete.

No Setup Is Actually Required. Just Install It.

Limitations: The shoutbox periodically updates via ajax. When the shoutbox is updated, the hover effect will be removed and then re-applied. So if you are hovered when the shoutbox is updating, the rainbow effect will disappear. But will re-appear if you move your mouse over the element once more.

You can still download the plugin directly from the .PBP file he gives at the top. Download that, don't open it, go to your admin panel > plugins > manage, click "import plugin," and select the .PBP file. This will upload the plugin to your site, the same as it would through the library. :)

Okay, I have it in, I thought it was supposed to change colors once you hover over the users link. Am I missing something?
