Is there any Genius of Javascript/HTML/CSS that can alter the Login page for Member log in? I think it looks beyond awful and that horrid looking thing has to be the biggest deterrent I have ever seen for a site, It would be better to have ADD's cluttered across my forum popping up over everything than, that Ugly looking Enter page.
The worst part is that white box around the buttons. It makes my site look very unprofessional and almost like a site someone would get a Virus. Every new site has a better graphical looking login.
Is there a way to do something about this?
I have a dark theme and would accept any version someone would be willing to make for me if they know how. I won't be picky, just anything that's solid color, maybe dark grey and black with light grey text. Would be sufficient. I wouldn't even need anything fancy, just ok looking.

We cannot, sorry. In the admin panel, you can adjust a few of the colours but due to the global login system (which is housed separately from your forum, hence why you have no access to it beyond basic colours) you cannot edit it.

I think for V6 we were told we would be able to have more control over it though. Key words there are I and think though. I swear I remember this being mentioned before because it was definitely something a lot of people wanted. Hopefully someone can correct me if I am wrong?

From my understanding it is an idea that is being considered, but is not fully fleshed out or guaranteed. It is something many people are interested in, so the question is how much can they feasibly allow us to control without compromising the login? If you recall in v4 many people would screw up their login because they were able to use scripts etc that also affected the login and admin panel. i could be wrong, though, so tagging Michael

It is something we're looking at but I can't promise it'll be something available at launch of v6, or available at all down the line. We do know it is highly requested and something many users would like to see though!

Also good to know you are trying to think of/find a way to make it more customizable. I'm sure everyone would be happy if it can be ...and here lies the punishment for David Clark (Aka. Johnny Bravo)
