hi Some of you may know that another service called forumotion provides people with a feature where a tiny pop up window type of thing appears when you visit their forum and suggests guests to register etc Now i was wondering, is it possible to do something similar for a proboards forum?
not a tiny window that appears in the middle of your screen all annoying and weird but a semi small image (an image i would want to and could make myself) in the right bottom corner or something that would sticky with you whilst you scroll up and down and will only appear to you IF you are a viewing the forum as a guestwith the idea of a short friendly message saying something like ''hey there k-pop fan, if you would love to chat with the others - register now''
ok that sounds really lame but ill come up with something better and shorter probably but the text does not matter in this case as i would apply it on top of the image in photoshop anyways thank you (hope i posted this in the right section)

You could create a div to fill with your content / whatever css to style it.
The most important thing would be to include the following properties in your css:
position: fixed; bottom: 0; right: 0;
This will fix (ie "sticky") the div to the bottom right of the viewport.

wrap it in an if statement innyour templates:
{if $[current_user.is_guest]} div here {/if}
