Hook, unfortunately there is not a way to change this. Even though you moved posts created by another member, you created the thread that those posts were moved to, and so that's why it shows you as the thread creator. Only at the board level using Moderate > Move > Entire thread will keep the thread creator intact as you are moving a whole thread and not needing to create a thread to house the posts.

Thank you very much Scott! Mainly just wanted to make sure whether I could or could not change it. It would be a really useful feature to be able to change the poster! At least it didn't change the poster who actually created the post, within the post itself, as it still shows that correctly when opening/reading the post itself. RESOLVED!

Hook, I do hear ya on this one. A couple times I had to move some posts out of a support thread to their own thread and it would have been nice to be able to update the thread creator. I'm sure there must be a reason behind this, but tell ya what, I'll mark this as a 'Feature Request'. Ya never know what the future brings....

Awesome - I certainly hope they can do this one! There is possibly another way to accomplish this, but it would be somewhat cumbersome/slow to do, depending on how many posts are in a continuous thread that you intend to separate out. We will wait and see what happens. - Thank you so much Scott!
