Don't know where to ask this, but I would like to create a mirror of the primary forum page that can be modified to depict a new structure.
Help?

This wouldn't be wholly possible. Theoretically you could use containers + HTML to link directly to the boards but you would not be able to see the last post info for each board as this information is not globally available. You could use the recent posts widget to get the most recent posts from the forum overall, but that's it.
What are your goals for this? If we understand that, we may be able to provide better alternatives.

Thanks for the response. On my forum talk-music.proboards.com/, there is activity only on a few of the boards. I have proposed altering the forum to eliminate the boards that have no activity, moving any threads therein to a general board. Before I alter the forum, I would like to create the new forum as a "custom page" allowing the members to review and agree to the forum design.

BTW, I did copy the HTML from the current forum and paste that into the HTML of a custom page. It gives me the active page but I don't know what admin can do to alter it. I haven't tried it yet.
