Controls in the Quick Reply

Good day all.  I can't seem to find out how to put controls in the Quick Reply header.  I'd like to see smileys, text size attachments ect there.  Same as the Reply window.

I've found the source code under Layout Templates/Thread and the Quick Reply tab but none of the code I enter seems to work for me.

I'd recommend installing the Quick Reply BBCode Buttons plugin on your forum to accomplish this.
