My ForumUBBC and Word Count Example Switched to a dark themed version of the Breathe theme. My UBBC buttons here and also on quick reply are now dark too and look weird. Also at the bottom right of the screenshot, you can see the word counter plugin is also darkened and unreadable. I did try to change the UBBC buttons back to default but they still display dark. I think the theme is overriding the formatting for these things. The dice from the dice plugin have changed as well as you can see in the above screenshot. I apologize if this is posted in the wrong area. I wasn't sure exactly where to put it. Thank you for any help with this.

My ForumUBBC and Word Count Example Switched to a dark themed version of the Breathe theme. My UBBC buttons here and also on quick reply are now dark too and look weird. ... I did try to change the UBBC buttons back to default but they still display dark. I think the theme is overriding the formatting for these things. Every theme comes with its own set of buttons and in this case the theme creator put some effort into creating custom buttons for his or her theme rather than using the default ones. If you do not like the buttons then you can change them by going to the image tab of the theme and scroll down to the WYSIWYG BUTTONS section to change each individual button back to your liking (This is an example of where to go, I do not have that theme installed to give you pictures of that particular theme)... Also at the bottom right of the screenshot, you can see the word counter plugin is also darkened and unreadable. The dice from the dice plugin have changed as well as you can see in the above screenshot. I apologize if this is posted in the wrong area. I wasn't sure exactly where to put it. Thank you for any help with this. The CSS included with that theme changes the font color for dropdown buttons ( #dad7d1!important) to be in contrast to the new background color of those buttons ( #373b43) but neglected to change the status color of those buttons as well (mainly because they generally contain images such as and not text). The color of the status text is set at #373b43 which you might notice is the same as the background color. Add the following at the bottom of the style sheet of that theme to correct this: .button.word-count .status{ color:#dad7d1;} I would also need to see an actual (GUEST VIEWABLE) post containing rolled dice (not just a picture) to determine the cascaded rules being applied there for rendered dice. You would also need to provide a bit more detail on what you say has "changed" about the dice since I have no idea how you saw the dice before you installed this theme (it all depends on what the theme says it should look like afterall)

Chris, Thanks so much for getting back to me so quick! That fixed the word counter no problem, but I'm still having an issue with the UBBC buttons. I did try to change them to default as well as copy ones from a different theme and replace. No matter what I did, even if it changed the button itself, it still gave it that dark color. Here is a link that should be viewable as a guest, just click the spoiler for battle info to see the dice roll. Post LinkPreviously the dice were white, with black numbers. It's not awful now, but I would like them to stand out more and not blend into the background. Thanks again for all your help!

If you changed the buttons in the theme then you'll need to visit the full reply page at least once so the plugin can see and cache the newer buttons so it can then use them on the quick reply

Chris Sorry, but this isn't working. No matter what I change the icon to, it still overlays that dark skin on the button. The one below is the test button I tried this out on. The Foreground Color button. The current one is the top one, Orange. The default for the Breathe theme is below. I tried swapping it with that one, but it didn't change anything even after doing a few test posts. I then tried a completely different theme to grab the button off of and swap it onto this theme. That is the bottom link. Current ORANGE Default BREATHE Test Theme YELLOW None of these buttons worked. I even tried reverting it to the default, did test posts, and it still overlaid the dark background.

Actually, I figured out what I was doing wrong. It was an error on my end. Sorry about that!
Any idea on the dice though?
