Plugins not responding?

Hi here!

So I've been working on a skin for my site here and realized that the plugins aren't being detected. I tried going through my templates and removing components of it to see if they were causing the problem but nothing seemed to fix it. I tried importing the skin to my site one and none of the plugins were working on it even though they are displaying perfectly on my current skin. So it's skin specific. Style tags weren't working at first, but I managed to reinstall it and get it functioning, although now that's the only plugin that works. As for the rest, they're unresponsive. Not even rearranging the various plugins has helped. Here the tabbed section isn't functioning and below, the BBCode buttons aren't showing up despite the plugin 'Quick Reply BBCode Buttons' being installed. They are also not showing up on the main posting screen.

In Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper you seem to have two different jQuery library script embeds when the forum already has its own.

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

<script src="//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

I would suggest removing these to see if it alleviates the issue.
